IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS RECEIVING OUR NEWSLETTER

If you are not receiving the newsletter but were getting them previously, there may have been some changes to your email client, company mail server, or ISP provider.

Here are a few considerations to review:

A) Is your email address still on our list? Sometimes you or one of the individuals to whom you forward your email can unknowingly unsubscribe you from your list. Also you may have recently changed email addresses. To fix this enter your email address in the box above to subscribe and confirm you are still on the list or use the "Update Profile" link in the footer of an old newsletter.

B) Have you made any email setting changes in your email client? Review your settings and options to make sure you have not potentially restricted the delivery of your Newsletter mail.

C) Has there been a change in your spam filtering? If you did not install spam-filtering software, ask your network administrator or email provider if any recent security changes were made to your mail service. If there were changes, request that they whitelist Constant Contact mail servers (the service we use to send the newsletter) so you can receive your mail. For a list of the Constant Contact IP addresses and sample letter to send your email provider, click here.

D) Is the email going into your bulk or junk folder instead? This is known to happen on occasion, especially with services like Yahoo and Hotmail. In these cases, make sure that you review your email settings and allow mail from Constant Contact and the bhhmpta to be delivered directly into your inbox.
